What Causes Anal Itching After I Go To Toilet?

My main problem is that every time I go to the toilet, after im done I experience anal itching, specially when If I go for a walk and when go to check in the toilet, its like I never cleaned myself the first time, then I end up having blood drops on the tissue paper. Im not really sure if the bleeding is internal or external, its hard to tell. I think its internal because my bowel movments are weird, I can spend three or four days without passing stool then suddenly I find myself going three times a day. Sometimes im constipated and I have to wait for half an hour until something actually come out and sometimes its diarrhea. I also have a gassy stomach most of the time and when I press on the right side of my stomach I feel slight pain. Im not really sure what is going on but its driving me crazy. I dont know if its hemorrhoids or ibs or maybe even cancer or an ulcer. Please help!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain anal itching along with blood spots on tissue paper along with having a history of constipation..
It seems that the symptoms can be due to causes like either anal fissure or hemorrhoids..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Anoscopy or Sigmoidoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of hemorrhoids you can be advised to apply steroid and numbing gels and do stiz bath that is sitting in warm water tub especially after bowels..
You should also take stool softeners and laxatives to ease in bowel movements..
In case of anal fissures you can be advised to apply calcium channel blockers like Diltizem containing ointment..
You can also do sitz bath, take stool softeners and laxatives..
