What Causes Anal Bleeding?

I am a 21 year old male, Height: 6 0 , Weight 223. I ve had bright red blood on my TP when I wipe after a BM but there isn t any really noticable blood on the stool itself. I ve had no history of any digestive problems personally or in my family. I feel fine in general and have no other problems but the blood itself.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be bleeding pile in rectum, only getting traumatized while passing hard stool. It just falls in form of drop in TP, not being staining the stools. Using stool softener like Cremaffin would soften the stools to prevent such bleeding. A proctoscopic examination would help to detect the site followed by surgical removal. A proctologist would help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
