What Causes Anal Area Burning Sensation With Pain On Palpation?

i have a burning sensation outside anal area and it also hurts when i touch. i had a pile history 5 years back.and i was also diagnosed with IBS 5 years back..now i have tiny hard pimples i think 3 or 4 just right inside my anus.what they are they dont hurt

Burning sensation around anus area that may be because of external hemorroids.
External hemorroids are dilated veins so excessive straining may cause bleeding in stool.

Internal hemorroids may preasent that cause irritation around anal region.
Anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.

Anal fissure may ruled out.
Anal fissure cause irritation around anal and burning sensation.

Infection of anal region may cause burning sensation.
Pinworm infection is common at anal region.

Anal ulcer may cause this type of symptoms.

Avoid excessive straining and constipation.
Do some diet modification like......

Avoid alcohol drinking.
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Drink more water.
Maintain proper hygiene of anal region.

Anorectal examinaation is helpful for diagnosis.
