Warm sitz bath helpful in hemorroids. Topical applications of anti inflammatory drugs helpful in hemorroids. Topical analgesic gel also helpful. Avoid spicy food and alcohol drinking. Take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats ..etc to reduce constipation. Drink more water and avoid excessive straining at toilet. Consent a physician for further treatment.
