What Causes An Open Sore On The Perineum Post Unprotected Sex?

Let someone have oral sex with me and I also allowed them to enter inside me. he was only in there briefly before I stopped him. I was dry. Now I have a open sore on my perineum. It doesn t itch, just burns when i pee. It was my first time doing something like this in two year. One open sore. Some discharge not a lot, no smell.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be anything, infection, injury, cyst or hematoma. You need to be checked by a gynecologist once. Physical appearance will tell or microbiology examination needs to be taken properly. Wash area. Urine examination to be done to rule out UTI. Then proper medication can be done. Join online 'Art of Living;' course, OMBW. It will settle stress and thoughts of these. It will give insight into the mind to save you in the future from these mistakes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
