What Causes An Itchy Skin Rash On The Hand?

hi,i have been to my local gp with a itcy skin rash,it started on my hand.my gp told me it was urticarial.this has not changed and is now causing very sore swelling to any part of my body that pressure is applied to.my feet seem to be the worst,thay keep swelling up and are very itcy,its now affecting my work as I cant walk when this happens and am being sent home from work.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the pressure urticaria as pressure increased the swelling and rash is very itchy.
I would suggest to consult the dermatologist and undergo detailed examination.
Doctor will give following treatment:
Tablet steroid, levocetrizine and zileuton
Topical application of the steroid and immunosuppressants like ciclosporin.
Do not give pressure on the affected area
