What Causes An Itchy Rash On The Penis?
I have masturbated excessively lately. I have also been wearing the same underwear and I sweat a lot. I noticed recently my under part of my leg was itchy than I noticed this rash on my penile under shaft. I haven t had sex or any activity with a woman in 4 years. Please tell me what this is I am scared...I notice a rash. 5 black scablike dots as well.

It may be due to dermatitis.
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Avoid harsh cosmetic products.
Avoid sweating and maintain proper hygiene
