What Causes An Itchy Rash On The Hip Spreading Towards The Neck?

I have experienced a rash on my back that started in the lower hip area and is moving up to my neck.Very itchy and annoying. small red bumps that seem worse in the evening? The rash is moving...it clears up in one area and manifests itself in another - slowly moving up my back? any thoughts ?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to allergic reaction to something you exposed. You can apply calamine lotion on rashes. You can also take antihistamines like cetirizine(zyrtec) once daily for 5 days.
