What Causes An Itchy Rash In Between The Buttocks?
I have an irritated rash or fungal in my butt crack region. It can itch or burn but worst of all bleed from time to time. The issue of concern starts at the top of the crevice and is runs down. It can be red or a red line. It doesn t hurt but I would like to know what it could possibly be? Please help.

It seems to be a form of localized dermatitis. For that levocetirizine can be prescribed. Topical calamine lotion or mild steroid can be prescribed. Topical antifungal clotrimazole like powder also can be sprinkled over that. You should consult a dermatologist if no improvement.
