What Causes An Irregular Bowel Movement, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I ve been having a stomach pain for a while now, and seems to have a bloated feeling even though I don t really eat much. And having irregular bowel movement, and when I do not much either and very soft to watery and just noticed the blood or color blood. Thank you,

you might be having gastro-enteritis as you have mention and you are having an abdominal pain , irregular bowel movement and also notice blood in stool. its better to get your self test. do your stool d/r and blood CP, and then start treatment accordingly
