What Causes An Increase In The Blood Pressure?

I have a blood pressure of 140/80 when I measured it on my night duty shift, I just had coffee.. mu usual bp wad always 130/80 my height is 5 6 and weigh about 85kg...am I leading to a serious condition? I dont feel anu signs of hypertensive episodes like nape pain or head aches..

Blood pressure is not static , it changes very frequently depending on your lifestyle patternd and eating habits, so this much change in blood pressure is not a cause of concern.
