Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have moderate amount of amorphous urate. Rest all findings are normal. No pus cells, no rbc no other finding. So it has no any clinical significance. Your uric acid level is normal. So just continue your allopurinol. No other treatment is required.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
