Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Such symptom can arise because certain birth control pills do cause secondary amenorrhoea but it can be anemia, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction (hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism). Visit your gynaecology you need to be examined. Get all investigations done, your treatment will depend upon the reports of the tests done. In the meantime you can take calcium, iron tabs along with multivitamins having zinc, magnesium, folic acid, etc. Take Regestrone & healthy diet, stay out of addictions if any and do regular exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
