What Causes Altered Sense Of Smell Along With Dizziness?

The past few weeks I have been experiencing a cool/ method when I breath in throat, upper chest and today have a bad taste in my mouth. Is this anything to worry about and what is causing this? I do smoke but not menthol cigarettes. Also been experiencing some dizziness and been upset lately from a relationship not working out.

Altered sense of smell is related to olfactory cells problem from the smoking cigar.
Dizziness also attributes to nicotine levels with stress from anxiety.
