What Causes Agitation While On Effexor?

I have been on Effexor 150 the last 4 years ..have always been very agitated and excited since taking it . Have now been put on klotopin 1 mg. All I have done since starting the klotopin is cry . I take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night as prescribed and 1 Effexor each day .. now they tell me I need to take 2 of each 1 in the morning and one at night .. how can this be better ??

Agitation can be caused by the underlying anxiety. Follow your doctor's advice. Klonopin will help you calm down.
