What Causes Adult Acne Along With Dry Skin And Hair Fall?

im 28 I have been having adult acne for the past 2 years. Also my skin is super dry, my hair is falling and getting thinner. Mood swings and no desire for sex with my husband. I think is something to do with hormonal imbalance I went to my GYN and she said there is no way to test the hormones . She only send me birth control for the acne. And I had blood work 6months ago and my thyroid is fine so that’s not it i dont know what to do

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have adult acne along with dry skin and hair fall which occurs due to various hormonal imbalances, stress, poor hygiene as it is formed due to clogged facial pores that get infected with bacteria. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid. Avoid touching or pricking acne. You should get your hormone levels monitored. You can go for home remedy as well. apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Apply finasteride preparations on scalp. Apply olive oil as well. Apply on face twice daily. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. It Will resolve. apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments.You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
