What Causes Adrenal Fatigue While On Aromasin?

I am now 9 years cancer free from well differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma. Margins were clear. Lymph node was clear. 6 weeks radiation. 5 years medication. Tamoxifen caused pancreatitis. So last 3 years was aromasin. I now have adrenal fatigue. What effect did aromasin have on my adrenals?Karen

I really appreciate your concern, this drug lower the concentration of steroid and may not have any effects of adrenal gland, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
