What Causes Acute Leg Pain?

Doctor,I am suffering with acute pain in my left leg and as per MRI diffuse disc bulge with left posterior far lateral protrusion is noted at L4 - 5 and l5 - si.I am also facing the problem in sex.I am male aged around 41 years.Please advice,for better sex.

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

In my opinion you may need some rest with hot massaging with topical gels the add of anti inflammatory , muscle relaxants ,and some B12 multivitamins are effective for such nerve compression symptoms you may avoid lifting heavy objects and avigorous movements for a while till the inflammation heals a little bit if fail ask your neurologist for proper evaluation .
