What Causes Acne And Black Scars On The Buttocks?
Hi, I have been suffering from some sort of acne on my buttocks since my teenage years. I m now 26 and I still have the same problem. I get really big, irritated bumps that pop about two or three days later and contain either puss, blood or both. They also leave a mark, so my buttocks is full of black scars.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the acne but it seems to be pyoderma and some test may need to confirm this because if it is the pyoderma then may needs antibiotic over all it requires clinical examination and test till then local application of "Povidone Iodine" ointment can be used care need to be taken for hygiene hope this information helps.
