What Causes Acidity And Pain In Stomach?

Hello sir I am a 22year male. I was recently diagnosed with ibs I all started when I had taken tamiflu in month of February The acidity had stopped but once again after a week I had gone to a friends birthday party there I had HooKah or Sheesha Cold drinks n etc so the pain in stomach and acidity started again and is still going on I am currently take medicine Sompraz40 and normaxin I have also done endoscopy and the results were normal l. I am worried of developing cancer because of hookah Please help even the blood report are normal pls help the pain in stomach decreases after the gas is passed Is there any problem

* It is Gastritis not cancer at present but if you continue your bad habits you
may get cancer in future .
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages
- avoid late night dinners
- continue medicines
- avoid stress / anxiety / smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances
- have light balanced diet
- regular exercises, walking
- sound sleep of 8 hours
