Hi..
Thanks for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

It looks like acid reflux, dry throat and bitter taste in mouth seems to be due to Gastro-esophageal reflux disease which causes weakening of a band of muscles pressent at the lower end of food pipe that prevents acid from stomach to reflux back to throat..
Well, all these symptoms are indicative of acid reflux and it leads to regurgitation of acid and food particles from stomach to food pipe and throat..
Due to continuous inflammation of throat there is swollen lymph nodes..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like upper G.I Endoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
Medications that will help with the reflux problem are Pantoprazole or Omeprazole along with it antacids like Milk of Magnesia ot calcium carbonate can help..
Along with it dietary modifications like taking plenty of yogurt, avoiding heavy and spicy meals will help..
Lifestyle modifications like doing workout regularly and sleeping with head raised will help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
