What Causes Achy Joints And Bones Along With Chills And Headache?

Since last night all of my joints and bones are achy and I have chills, headache, nausea, dizziness. I am still experiencing these symptoms 24 hours later. I have been under a lot of stress lately, could this be the cause? If not is there something I should be concerned about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
High stress and muscular activities along with insufficient taking rest may cause such symptoms very frequently. Its recommended to take a full rest with proper diet as its necessary for maintaining your normal body physiology.
You have not described whether there is a fever or not. These symptoms may also be due to viral infections and some other pathologies. So if the symptoms persist or even increase its recommended to visit a doctor.
