What Causes Ache At The Bottom Of The Hairline?

Have been having a dull ache at the bottom of my hairline(neck) to mid shoulder blade on my left side. First started back in October when exercising and strained my neck, felt like whiplash. The whiplash feeling comes and goes every few months and I have very limited mobility for about 2 days. Lately, it s been just a dull ache every day. Noticeable more at night when sleeping. Not sure what a solution could be

Hello,

I suggest you do some exercise, physiotherapy and work with your posture. Maybe your bed or pillow is uncomfortable. Use ibuprofen to relieve pain.
