Hello,
although everybody understands the difficulty of your situation, you've not shared enough medical information about yourself. Let me comment on some conditions that may arise on diabetics.
First of all, you've mentioned a lot of crying spells. Your situation is very hard but crying is not always a healthy response. Perhaps you should check with a psychiatrist about possible depression. Depression may "cause" tiredness and almost any symptom.
As a diabetic you should be concerned about your blood glucose levels whenever you feel tired. Tiredness may mean, you've been dehydrated due to excessive loss of water into the urine, caused by constant hyperglycemia.
Another possible explanation would be serious hypokalemia which can also cause aches when accompanied by rhabdomyolysis.
And finally, statins may cause your symptoms. If you're taking a statin drug then you should try to remember if the symptoms started before or after treatment initiation. If they started after the statin, then they may be caused by it.
Blood glucose, potassium and CPK levels would clarify the above.
Other causes are possible too, but it would take all day writing about them.
If you need a more detailed and specific report, please ask again providing more details about your medical condition.
Kind Regards!
