General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there welcome to HCM
i understand your concern and would like to advice you to provide a little more details regarding the cause of being abusive whether is the husband at fault or for no reasons.
if its because of no reasons have a discussion with her regarding being in pregnancy, in view that the child is wanted or not/ her abusive behaviour is towards husband only ask the reason behind it
irrational you said please explain a little more whether is a kind of illogical behaviour or like abnormal behaviour (Talking to self)
thanks
regards
