hi I am 53 years old. for me semen is not coming for past 2 years after contact with my wife, but my seminal tube is normal. guide me what test I need to take, because I don t get semen to do semen analysis , I need to do any hormone test ? if it is so guide me what hormone test I need to take?

are you taking any medicine. some time in this age medicine for the prostate can cause dry ejaculation. you should get done urine examination post ejaculate to rule out retrograde ejaculation.
