Hello ma'am and welcome.

Of course you have conceived, congratulations. Your doctor has given you medications to help sustain the pregnancy and support it.

The symptoms are all related to hormonal changed during pregnancy, and the absence of symptoms every now and then is also normal, so do not worry. Although yours might be a delicate pregnancy and will thus require continuous and repeated careful monitoring, more than usual.

Best of luck.
