What Causes Absence Of Cardiac Activity During 9th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hello confirmed pregnancy of 9weeks 2 days but no heart rate and cardiac activity absent.but 7 week i do one scan its shows heart rate 91 and cardiac activity present.this is my second baby .first baby terminated by doctor because there is no heart rate for baby. Same thing happen for second baby plzzs help me i want this baby plz

I understand your concern.
Appearance of cardiac activity usually happens between 7 weeks to 9 weeks of gestation. It says that the pregnancy is viable. In subsequent scans, if there is absence of cardiac activity, it states that pregnancy is not progressing and would result in miscarriage.
Since you are stating that it is happening for the second time, Kindly get investigated by consulting Gynaecologist to know the cause for it, so that adequate precautions could be planned and taken for subsequent pregnancy.
