General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Being on regular intake of contraceptive pills... this type of bleeding is not expected. It can be due to-
-a break in taking contraceptive pill
-May be you need a change in contraceptive pills .. to which don't cause such bleeding

-Or this bleeding is from some other cause like cervical polyp /fibroid uterus.
- Removal of gall bladder does not change menstrual pattern... but for unusual stress caused in few persons... but that too is not expeted while the patient is on regular oral contraceptive pill.
Even if you have it continur tsking pills as per schedule ... you may get normal cycle from next month.
If not... get examined for the conditions suggested above by a gynecologist.
Thanks.
