What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

Why am I bleeding at random times during the day. I bleed one day don t bleed the next two days then bleed again. I ve been having mild abdominal pain. It s hurts to have a tampon in . I bleed a lot after sex and then it stops the next day then I m back bleeding randomly.

Abnormal vaginal bleeding may be caused by many medical conditions.Some possible causes may include:
-Hormonal imbalances/ovarian dysfunction
-Pelvic masses like friboids, cancer, cyst...
-PID/STI
-Pregnancy and related complications.
I will suggest you see the Gynecologist for evaluation.Test like a pelvic ultrasound and an infectious/STI work-up may be helpful.If no cause found, hormonal works may be requested.
