Hello Dr. Two days ago I had a big cough thrice at a stretch which felt like it was pushing my abdomen up and down...minutes later I noticed I was having vaginal bleeding mostly pinkish blood in color, this lasted for close to two hours and stopped. Now just yesterday, I went to see a doctor and carried out ultrasound scan, the result he said showed an empty sac without ovum. What does this mean?
