What Causes Abnormal Sensations Near The Urethra?

I am a male and I have a strange sensation near/in my eurethra. I never had sex so i know it is not a std. Could it be from too much masterbation? It kind of feels like something is in there and it tickels from time to time it just started happening today.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Abnormal sensation in urethra could be a lower urinary tract infection/urethritis or contact dermatitis/irritation.
I advice you to undergo urine test like routine and culture to confirm the infection.
Report your problem to GP doctor and doctor will give following advice:
Tablet septran and nitrozolium, syrup cital.
Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Always empty the bladder completely.
Maintain the proper pelvic hygiene, wash the area with warm water.
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear.
Hope this may help you
