Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

You might be having irritable bowel syndrome which caused your excess bowel movements.
The causes could be infection or stress or bacterial overgrowth in intestine.

You should undergo routine blood counts with ESR with stool examination for routine micro, ova and cyst with abdominal ultrasound and endoscopy.

It must be rule out with inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or chron's disease.
There is no definitive treatment unless the actual is found out.

You may require antibiotics,antiinflammatory, antispasmodics.

You must change the dietary habits like increase in high fiber diet, restore use of carbohydrates.

Consult gastro physician for further treatment.

Regards,
