Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of issues with bowels, pooping a lot lately, need to fart all the time, if you do not then you get stomach pains, also noted that you are 16 and weigh 160 and are 5'8'', wants help.
With the history you have provided, this is an intestinal issue and the causes can be:
Overgrowth of gas producing bacteria.
Sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
Stress and anxiety causing aerophagia.
Lots of aerated drinks/beverages.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Stop taking any aerated beverages.
Control of stress and/or anxiety.
Send the sample of stool for tests.
Get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole if the stool report suggest so.
Probiotics, curds, yogurt, banana and activated charcoal tablets.
If these measures do not help, get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and investigations of X-ray of the abdomen, CT scan of the whole abdomen, and colonoscopy. Further treatment as per the causes found.
I find this answer helpful
