What Causes Abdominal Pain, vomiting And Fever?

My 5 1/2yr old daughter started vomiting around 1a.m. She has complained about abdominal pain and has a fever of 100.2F under her arm. We went to the doctor earlier today and she was sent for blood work and urine analysis but the results have not come back. She has not improved through out the past 13hrs and I am wondering what I should be watching for and what her possible diagnosis are.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your daughter here can have acute gastroenteritis like viral or bacterial infection....

Typhoid Also should be ruled out by culture before giving antibiotic

Your child if needed might prescribed suitable antibiotic...

Avoid giving him outside foods..

If improvement not seen than USG done for rule out any organic cause if present

According to reports further work up plan decided
