Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The pain can be due to a urinary infection or a stomach infection. Is there any abdominal distension? Are you passing gases? Is there any vomiting? You should get a blood routine examination and urine routine examination in first place. You should be started on antibiotics and anti-acidity drugs. The picture looks like a urinary infection. So if urine routine comes as positive you should get your urine cultured and started on appropriate antibiotics. Take lot of fluids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
