Hi there,
I understand and appreciate your concern for your health.
Going by the symptoms you have reported I would suggest seeking consultation with a Gastro-enterologist/internal medicine specialist. A thorough physical examination, a few blood tests and an utrasound or a CT scan would pinpoint your problem with great accuracy.
Be brave and put your faith in modern medicine.
All the best on your road to recovery.
