What Causes Abdominal Pain With Mild Pain In The Chest?

Sometime my stomach start paining along with mild chest pain and all the time i fell discomfort in my throat.Doctor suggests me to take NORMAXINE RT for 1 week and it work very well but as I stop taking it the promblem remains the same please suggest me how long I have to take this medicine.

I can understand your concern.
Normaxine RT is having ranitidine. It is antacid in nature.
Your all symptoms like stomach pain, chest pain, throat discomfort, relieved by ranitidine etc are suggestive of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms.
For initial 1-2 months, you need to take ranitidine regularly.
Along with ranitidine, you should also follow these lifestyle modifications.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux.
5. Go for walking after meals.
6. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
