What Causes Abdominal Pain While Taking Dexilant For Gastritis?

I have been taking dexilant 60 mg for four weeks for biopsy result of gastritis. I am still having pain mid abd some of the time. Should I refill my dexilant for 4 more weeks or go back to my protonix? I have extensive history of ibs and reflux disease. I am still watching my diet but trying to eat more variety of foods. Thanks Mary
