What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Lower Back Pain?

Hi, I ve been having cramps in my lower stomach and lower back, I m vomiting and it hurts when I urinate have bowel movements and I have been bleeding pinkish discharge on and off. The doctors have done a urine sample and it s come back with urine infection and they put me on antibiotics, the antibiotics gave me thrush so I m being treated for that but I m still lightly bleeding pinkish discharge. I finished my 3 day course of antibiotics and still have horrendous back and abdominal pains (cramps) and still vomiting, getting discharge and hurting when I do bowel movements and urinate (cramp like pains in my abdomen and pressure in my rectum) do you have any idea what s wrong with me?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the symptoms that you have I think your symptoms are most likely to be due to presence of stone either in Kidney or Ureter.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic
tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

This will also take care of vaginal discharge .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
