What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side?

I am experiencing pain in my abdomen in the center and left side. It is moderate in a pain is not connected to eating or not eating and hurts consistently and constantly I dont know if it has to do with an organ or if it is muscular. The pain is happening more constantly now

1. As there is pain in the lower left quadrant which is often related to the digestive tract but still other conditions related with the body wall, skin,blood vessels, urinary tract and reproductive organs has to be excluded

PS. One has to know the health status of the left kidney, left ovary and adrenal gland, the stomach, spleen, heart,sigmoid colon, part of the large intestine and the pancreas are also located on the left side of the body,

2. So check with a General Surgeon for complete physical examination and necessary investigation [ultrasonography-whole abdomen] to rule out the cause of pain, i.e. whether treatment has to be surgical [inflamed organ] or medical [muscular pain] only.
