Hi! I have bronchitis and I was sitting down when I started to cough and suddenly I got a sharp pain on my lower left side of my abdomen. Pain is due to renal colic also or urinary infection. It can be due to colitis also. Drink lot of water in a day. And do an ultrasound if pain persists. take tab dicyclomine for the pain
