What Causes Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Loss Of Appetite And Chills?
I have symptoms of: abdominal pain on my right side, loose stools, can t eat, nausea, headache, tired, chills, hot and cold, bloated, only able to eat saltines, eat anything else and I just poop it out, weight gain, cant put pressure on my right side, pain is random and dull pain, even having my seat belt on is uncomfortable, already have my gall bladder removed.

please go and have USG abdomen to rule out appendicitis and renal calculi.take general surgeon opinion
