I took an herbal pain relief substance called Kratom. I took it according to the vendors instructions. I am now having very adverse reactions such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diherra, diziness, shortness of breath, and I lost consciousness

Kratom in recommended dosage acts as a stimulant [at low doses] and sedative [at high doses],and treatment for opiate addiction and no one in US has ever died from using keratom, unless taking a dose of 10-20x higher than the recommended amount. [and since you took it according to instructions they could be possible mild side effects]but if the effects continue to predominate rush to Emergency Room

2. Although Kratom is not addictive, it can be habit forming over a long enough period of time, so you should control your usage of this herbal to protect against these risks and minimize possible side effects.
