What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding When Diagnosed With Chocolate Cyst?

Doctor have chocolate cyst problem with bleeding and abdominal pain and when i consulted the doctor she prescribe me endofit , but nothing happen again i consulted the doctor she prescribe me pause-xt but this also showing no sign. I am worried that from 2 june till now the bleed is still there what should i do now? Is it harmful for my healt...doctor please help.

Your concern and query is appreciated, even after the treatment still it is the bleeding then the condition creates the doubt as long as the cyst is concern, because bleeding is not the prime symptom of endometrioma but pain is the prime symptoms, bleeding can only happens when cyst ruptured (Heavy bleeding ) if it is the bleeding out side the menses schedule then it may be due to cyst, else it could be menses bleeding.
It is most important to know the underlying cause of vaginal bleeding because it is very mixing kind of symptoms.
If this is the cyst causes the bleeding and not responding to medical treatment then it has to be removed.
