What Causes Abdominal Pain And Tenderness In The Elbows?

I have had stomach pain on and off for years. Usually self limiting worse for 12 hours or so then improves. For about 9 month have had increasing joint pain/tenderness usually in my elbows. Have noticed lately when I have an attack of abdominal pain, my joint pain is much worse with pain in my ankles, hands, and knees in addition to my elbows. Could these be related

Ofcoarse,this could be treated...but first do some lab investigations..like ESR, CRP..thats to know if there is an underlying inflammation or not,but at the meanwhile take antiinflammatory like brufen tab to decrease the pain...
