General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The pain in abdomen and bloating can be due to intestinal infection.
Urine pregnancy tests are anyway negative, there is no need to do so many of them.
I would advise
Test of stool, urine and blood.
A 5-day course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole, probiotic and symptomatic treatment.

The pain in the legs can be due to septicemia or electrolyte imbalance
Get corrected and you may be fine.
