What Causes Abdominal Pain And Severe Diarrhea?
I have had pain in my stomach along w severe diarrhea for over 3 days. I ve only eaten small amounts of rice and saltine crackers and drinking water, but it will not stay down. I had my gall bladder removed about 3 years ago and these pains feel similar to the pain that caused me to have the gall bladder attack. Should I be concerned about pancreas problem?

I don't think this is related to pancreas issues. It may be gastroenteritis. Just keep hydrated and use prebiotics such Enterogermina.
