Respected user , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems in relation with abdominal pathology giving radiating pain
over back and reflux chest discomfort , possibilities are
- gastritis - duodenitis - gastric ulcer - duodenal ulcer - pancreatitis
- gall bladder and biliary system conditions - others .

* Recommended basic work up as x-ray chest , ultrasound of the abdomen
and pelvis for final diagnosis and further management guidelines .

Thanks .
Regards .
