Hello,

Abdominal pain, and chest pain has multiple causes. This acute type of pain requires proper investigations like an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, A full blood count, ALT, an X-Ray erect Abdomen. Also, a proper history is required. Stool frequency and consistency. Irritable bowl is another cause in this age. This pain of yours need proper work up. You should consult a gastroenterologist if the pain persists. In the mean time you can have some antacids, try to have little food, avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food, jogging.
